UEB is proud to announce the acquisition of TK Interior Construction Company (TKIC). Since 2005, TKIC founder Keith Sutcliffe has focused on creating highly crafted environments for many of the Southwest’s most notable restaurant, office and retail clientele. Keith now leads the Special Projects division of UEB, bringing an instant depth of resources and scale to service clients across multiple geographic markets.
The merger of UEB + TKIC is a natural move after these firms were paired together on an adaptive re-use of what was once a Ducati motorcycle dealership, and is now a highly successful restaurant cluster known as
The Yard. The merger of UEB + TKIC enhances UEB’s bandwidth to deliver high touch interior construction more efficiently than ever.
The benefits of the combined UEB + TKIC team were first experienced by Todd Chester, principal of WDP Partners. “UEB’s core and shell team closely integrated with TKIC’s interior specialists and provided a natural and seamless service to WDP”, said Chester. “We saw incredible coordination for a fast tracked, design intense project that had a ton of moving parts.”
UEB is a builder specializing in design conscious and environmentally responsible projects for the health care, commercial, higher education, hospitality and restaurant industries. For the last decade UEB has provided industry-leading integrated delivery services to a national clientele from its offices in Dallas, Scottsdale, Tucson and Baton Rouge. UEB employs a staff of construction specialists, award-winning architects, and in-house LEED Accredited Professionals.
