UEB and our subs are utilizing BIM for preconstruction design on the Texas Spine and Joint Hospital in Tyler, Texas. BIM stands for “Building Information Modeling”. UEB created the architectural model of the glazing, walls, and ceilings and our subs each provided their own models for Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
