With this depth of experience comes a specialized knowledge in the coordination and commissioning of MPE and special systems, attention to life safety and infection control concerns.
Institutional
The majority of our private and public sector institutional experience (government, education, churches) has been design build, where we partner with only the most qualified architects and are able to deliver speed, cost control and great architecture in an efficient, integrated process that maximizes value yet minimizes owner resources needed to manage the process.
Commercial
UEB often provides service to developers long before projects are ready for construction. It takes an experienced team during planning to get projects into alignment, leading to hassle free construction-and ultimately giving developers the best chance to turn a profit. Prior to our general contracting or design build efforts, it is common practice for us to evaluate potential sites, prepare feasibility reports and pro forma, consult on the entitlement process, provide architecture through our qualified partner firms and provide referrals for funding sources and marketing solutions.
Urban Mixed Use
Urban mixed is the minor and, in many ways, the most challenging of our market specialties. However, we are passionate about doing urban infill the right way. We recognize that we are a commercial construction company and so any residential element to urban mixed use projects are approached by UEB with care (and the wisdom of experience).
